Step 2: Planning & First Steps
Once we receive your message, we will swiftly email you back with all the basic information needed to begin planning your event.
We will also provide you our pricing and include any applicable fees that may be added. We strive to reply to all requests the day we receive them!
Step 3: Customized Proposal
For many requests we meet with a phone call. This way we get to know each other and can suggest menu and service options personalized for your day.
Perhaps you wish to have additional menus for a cocktail hour or a midnight snack? Do you require just bartenders or full bar services?
Plan your questions and let's talk! We will then put together a detailed estimate based on your choices and promptly email you back. No hidden fees or surprises here!
Step 4: Reserved - Say Yes to the Tasting!
If you would like to fully reserve our catering services for your date, we will collect the necessary information needed to create your account, and will then email you a confirmation. We will also schedule a food tasting for you and your partner so that you may sample your menu selections while we together, share more information. Finally, we will arrange one last meeting with you a month prior to your wedding date to ensure we have all the details needed. It's that simple!
Keep in mind that our menus are designed as inspirational starting
points that are flexible to your preferences! Contact us if you have any
idea for something completely different. We would love to work
with you to create a custom package that makes all your visions come to
life! (ie. taco bar or breakfast food for a midnight snack)
